**Job Description**:

- Gather market data, and identify the market needs, size and competition via regular market and customers visits
- Evaluate and classify customer accounts.
- Follow up the order delivery to maximize customer satisfaction. invoice and get the customer’s confirmation.
- Follow up the order delivery to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the strategic relationship with customers’ accounts by conducting customer visits, providing technical support and developing the customer business, and following up the claims’ procedures to build a strong brand identity, achieve sales targets and maximize the profits.
- Attend glass exhibitions inside Egypt to maintain the brand identity and attain new prospected customers.
- Check the stock availability, and push the sales of the ageing/stagnant stock as well as cut size to maximize the profits.
- After getting the needed approvals from the S&OP and commercial managers Update the price list and the incentive system for traders and contractors, and adopt and execute approved new sales strategies, new trading sectors, new product ideas and customers to increase the market share.
- Collaborate with the other segments by providing them relative market information about products, prices and demand in the traders’ and contractors’ segments.
