As the Head of Sales - Automotive, Goods & Jobs, you will be responsible for the operations of the company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales by monitoring the performance of teams and their sales goals to ensure that the business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.
- Lead the Automotive, Goods, and Jobs sales teams across Egypt
- Responsible for building, motivating, and inspiring a team to bring new exciting solutions to the market and achieve annual targets.
- Perform budget oversight and accurate forecasting. Report sales forecasts and pipeline relative to plan on a monthly basis, and manage P&L for the sales operations
- Develop and successfully implement short, medium, and long-term strategic plans to create new revenue opportunities.
- Work with Finance to structure product pricing and yield management projects quarterly.
- Work closely with product and technology teams to translate client needs into product roadmaps, and continuously provide direction on market opportunities and challenges
- Cultivate, foster, and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Identify new business opportunities through effective networking and lead generation
- Analyse data trends and client performance, develop strategic business plans, and lead preparation and delivery of strategic business presentations.
- Partner with key stakeholders of other cross-functional departments to deliver insights, ideas, and customer service that equips the sales team and drives business growth for our clients and for the organisation.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of the automotive, goods, and jobs team.
- Exhibit integrity through fair and ethical behavior toward others and a demonstrated sense of corporate responsibility and commitment.
- Ensure successful delivery of a mixture of exciting products, working closely with relevant teams on conception, to go-to-market positioning through to delivery for a wide range of clients;
- Consistently and continuously monitor client ‘health and quality metrics’
- Review clients’ accounts and highlight areas where the client can improve their performance to get more out of their listings
- Regularly update reporting dashboard to track all sales activities

**Requirements**:

- 10 + years of experience in automotive, classifieds or similar industry
- 7 plus years of experience in managing a sales team
- Expert understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong leader

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
