**Job Purpose**:

- Provides professional delivery of expert technical support and by proactive and professional delivery of high quality technical support to internal and external customers - 50%
- Provides expert knowledge to the technical and sales departments in handling complex technical issues and in educating customers on the solutions. - 20%
- Collects, filters and prioritizes product-related issues and needs occurring in the region with feedback of complaints handling - 10%
- Frontline sales person responsible for the execution of agreed sales and profitability targets established by the SMU within the assigned sales area by acquiring new business and maintaining existing customers. - 10%
- Monitor sales against agreed targets on a regular basis to ensure they are met and where necessary the need for remedial actions are identified, reported and implemented - 10%

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Provide technical assistance to local clients including: analyzing customer needs & production environment, testing, attaining approval on products, handing over to Sales and securing customer satisfaction after-sales
- Promote the value of Technical Assistance at the clients' decision making level
- Ensure timely and effective response to customers’ complaints and facilitates coordination with the concerned departments
- Manage TS team for the regular TS works at customer’s line (plant optimization consultancy, plant audits, oven recoding and routine visits, and follows up on results
- Regularly and pro-actively informs the back-office (including, marketing, operations and finance) about the necessary sales support level and coordinates their actions towards the assigned customers
- Provides information to customer service regarding customers’ needs with regard to marketing tools, services and analyzes
- Conducts the products’ tests & evaluation and participates in the work of the project teams preparing the new product launches
- Provides expert knowledge to the technical and sales departments in handling complex technical issues and in educating customers on the solutions
- Manage a portfolio of customers, in a designated area, to execute sales plan
- Identifies business opportunities, pinpoints and tries to resolve existing and/or potential problems and requests support from the upper management
- Systematically up-dates CRM with valid, accurate and complete customer-related information
- Monitors and reports on the status of formal customer complaint procedure handling
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures within the department
- Be familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct and HSE standards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulations

**Requirements**:

- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same/similar industry
- Very good command of English language
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus
- Results oriented
- Able to cope with pressure & meet deadlines
- Strategic and creative thinking
- Some experience in the aluminum building industry will be an advantage
- Knowledge of, or experience in, powder coatings will be an advantage
