- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a merchants & companies base and solidify its presence.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by managing the team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
- Support and initiate merchants visits.
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
- Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting merchants relations with existing and new merchants and companies by collaborating with them.
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
- Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional representatives and executives.
- Attend conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities.
- Manage the relationship to generate more opportunities.
- Oversee planning for following year’s business plan.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in account management for industry suppliers.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business or sales.
- Years of experience in sales, with at least some of that experience as a team lead or manager.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of the sales process and industry.
- The ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- The ability to set and achieve sales goals.
