Purpose of Role:

- Responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring property owners whose assets can be transformed into utilized, revenue-generating properties.

Key Accountabilities:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between Nawy and property owners, addressing their concerns and aligning their interests with Nawy’s goals.
- Lead negotiations with property owners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of property acquisition deals.
- Develop creative and customized acquisition models to address the unique needs of property owners.
- Work closely with the technical, finance, and sales teams to assess property viability and plan for transformation into utilized assets.
- Provide input into the development of financial models, risk assessments, and operational plans for acquired properties.
- Ensure alignment across all teams to drive efficient property on-boarding and utilization.
- Represent Nawy in industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft targeted campaigns aimed at attracting property owners.
- Position Nawy as the partner of choice for property owners seeking to optimize the value of their assets.

KPIs:

- Number of properties acquired annually.
- Percentage of acquired properties successfully converted into utilized assets.
- Stakeholder engagement scores and retention rates.
- Average time taken to close acquisition deals.
- Average time taken to close acquisition deals.
- Growth in market share within the target property segment.

**Requirements**:

- This role requires a well-rounded professional with expertise in stakeholder management and a strategic mindset to bridge the gap between property owners and Nawy’s vision for value creation.
- 10+ years of experience in real estate, business development, sales, or asset management, with a proven track record of stakeholder engagement and deal closures.
- Demonstrated success in property acquisition, negotiations, and managing high-value relationships.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating across technical, financial, and operational teams.
