**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement the marketing strategic plan for the oncology franchise, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market needs.
- Lead the sales team to ensure strategy implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, market access, and commercialization strategies for oncology products.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize product positioning.
- Collaborate with R&D, medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and stakeholders in the oncology community.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the oncology portfolio, making data-driven recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the oncology franchise, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the oncology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MD, or PhD) preferred.
- 2-3 Years experience in a managerial Marketing (and/or) sales position
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on oncology.
- Proven track record of successfully managing oncology products through various stages of development and commercialization.
- Strong understanding of the oncology market, including competitive dynamics and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
