**Senior Associate Marketing**:
**What you will do**:
**In this vital role you will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for Amgen's products. This shall involve work on market research, product branding, communications, and promotional activities. You will also be a brand ambassador with top OLs & KDMs.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Build strategic partnership and reshape environment of health care ecosystem and Amgen, as being a central point of contact to integrate stakeholders' insights with cross-functional teams to shape disease area strategies**:

- **Develop a high-quality standards for customer engagement strategies, leading initiatives and new approaches to ensure the optimum usage of appropriate tools and resources that deliver outcomes faster**:

- **Sales force training and readiness towards brand story & aspiration**:

- **Develops and implements Country Brand Plan and assigned projects in full congruence with International Brand Plan**:

- **Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages**:

- **Contribute in developing LRP with Business Planner**:

- **Contribute in developing sales targets and achieves agreement cross functional team**:

- **Translates/implements** international brand campaign locally**:

- **Analyses market research and develops POA**:

- **Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans**:

- **Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)**:

- **Agrees with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects**:

- **Recruits and manages external vendors**:

- **Organizes local congress participation in coordination with sales force**:

- **Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases**

**The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.**:
***Minimum Requirements**
- **Academic education or experience from similar positions**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry**:

- **Fluency in English both oral and written communications**:

- **Financial and budgeting skills**:

- **Computer skills (MS Office programs)**:
***Preferred Requirements**:

- **Oncology experience is preferred**:

- **Digital Marketing experience is preferred****:

- **Documented success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position**
