Couriers Team Lead

**Job Description**:

- Onboarding the new couriers and conducting the technical training for them.
- Monitor dispatch to ensure couriers are routed efficiently.
- Scheduling and tracking shift attendance for couriers.
- Maintaining a schedule of training activities for couriers on customer service, communications and updating technology skills.
- Manage performance related issues with couriers.
- Input into courier policies and procedures to improve the courier department.
- Leading the daily communication with the vendors.
- Reviewing the vendor's contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree
- 3 years relevant experience in Operations management, preferably dealing with Last Mile Delivery operations or managing the couriers directly.
- Having two years experience in a 3PL company is an edge.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively to resolve issues with the stakeholders
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Problem solver.
