Specialist, Onground

Mrsool is a dynamic and fast-growing company that connects businesses and customers in the Middle East through an innovative online platform. We are currently seeking a Specialist, Onground to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our on-ground activities.

As a Specialist, As an Onground, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing activities related to on-ground operations, including courier management, logistics, and customer support. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.
- Will be responsible for managing all Cairo captain riders & couriers areas.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations (Captain riders daily tasks - Daily tasks assigned to him)
- Onground Visits to areas managing schedule across weekdays.
- Weekly Visits to restaurants per area to make sure of the couriers' performance.
- Daily report to on-ground team lead of the issue received from captain riders and solutions.
- On-ground coaching to violated couriers through captain riders and follow-up on the violaters after coaching.
- Tracking new runners' performance as per acquisition KPIs and reporting to the acquisition team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
