Telesales Team Lead

iSchool, a fully online coding platform that offers programming and artificial intelligence courses to students aged 6 to 18 years old, is seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and manage a team of telesales representatives to drive sales and promote our online courses. You will work closely with the sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment that will help us achieve our goals.

As our Telesales Team Lead, you will play a key role in helping us reach more students and continue to grow our business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets
- Manage and coach a team of telesales agents to achieve departmental goals
- Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve results
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure that team members are adhering to company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve the customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a telesales team lead or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and telesales techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of e-learning industry and trends in education technology is a plus
