Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt.

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for fielding inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

**Qualifications**:

- _**Fluency in English (B2 to C1)**_
- _**Egyptians**_
- Ability to handle and manage inbound calls
- Aptitude for attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
