Job Description Summary
Responsible for Services wing to wing change management process and improvement, using data analysis to drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts by reducing waste and inefficiencies. Engage with all levels of operation teams, Safety, FieldCore, Quality, engineering, parts and repairs, business process owners and management to innovate and implement processes to support business growth.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Enhance region outage planning and execution process and build strong rigors for flawless execution and improve success rate for our customers, bringing all the functions towards delivering the world class execution and achieve risk reductions in terms of Safety, Quality and Delivery
- Responsible for outage excellence and ensuring all planning milestones are completed with rigid and systematic establishment around risk management and escalations
- Lead Services escalation and ongoing outage risks with for the region and actively action risk mitigation plans with the functions
- Co-lead Region Parts Escalations rigor with parts fulfillment team
- Participate in critical outage planning and ensure all planning activities are completed on-time
- Proactively tracks Outage Movement and alleviates Impact to the business.
- Utilize Lean Methodologies (Kaizen/PSR/VSM) to enhance Outage Planning process and services operations KPI’s
- Track parts and repairs demand placement and demand fulfillment and ontime start for our customers
- Collaborate with Global operations council on process change and drive regional implementation
- Work closely with region operations leader and support issue resolutions on field execution issues
- Establish PORR rigor with sub-regions and functions leaders and ensure mitigation plans implementation to avoid future occurrences
- Lead Regional and Global Kaizen's and actively participate in Global proceses and change management
- Track region Successful outage scorecard and proactively engage with SM’s and CPM’s to deliver customer’s CTQ’s
- Partner with Region CPM/CSL and SD to ensure effective and efficient organizational R&R and hand offs within Operations and counterparts in Field Services
- Act as region focal point for all systems enhancement.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering,
- Min 8+ years successful experience of leading comprehensive, high profile projects in areas of Field services, Outage planning / Project Management operations, initiatives within complex and/or matrix organizations,
- Strong Lean, PSR and Kaizen knowledge- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
**Desired Characteristics**
- Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives/projects. ability to document, plan, market, and execute initiatives,
- Vocal and expresses thoughts clearly,
- Strong systems knowledge and usability,
- Arabic language is a plus.
