**Key responsibilities & duties**:

- Operational Excellence Director is responsible for all operational quality & training aspects within LXT delivery services secured and non-secured. This includes both building and executing strategy and adjusting strategy as the business grows and changes.
- Designs the QA (Quality Assurance) framework and workflow according to the current Lines of Business and planned growth and new Lines of business.
- Oversees a team of Quality Managers, Analysts, and/or leads who drive execution of quality strategy.
- Oversees and control implemented training strategies for all workers (freelancers, vendors, full timers) according to the required skills.
- Tracks training progress and pass rate with the operational excellence.
- Develops and provides efficient reporting for quality needed innovations, actions, risks, and mitigation.
- Provides reporting, analysis, and recommendations on a regular basis to the Global Operations Director to include performance metrics, outliers, risks, recommendations, and other ad hoc reporting.
- Closes collaboration with Global Operations Director on project execution, planning, timelines, progress, and other needs.
- Be able to set a clear communication matrix between Project Management & Operational Excellence as well as Operations departments while eliminating all bottlenecks.
- Establishes the department financial and non financial business plan on annual basis.
- In collaboration with Operations, establish the department KPI’s and objectives for team members across levels in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Responsible for people engagement and manager satisfaction
- Designs and implement succession plan and talent development.
- Ensures quality and timely deliverables, client engagement, and client satisfaction.
- Optimises training with maintaining solid processes provided to contractors who will work on diverse types of projects.
- Drives a solid quality process to assess the contractors/workers “Grading System.”
- Drives continuous process and quality improvements while building efficiencies and automation across the people, process, and systems.
- Creates and enhances means of monitoring all Quality & Training operational metrics with solid reporting “Actionable insights out of created dashboards and monitoring forms/templates.”
- Capacity planning processes to carry to team members.
- Planning for expansions desired or expected, while overseeing execution carried by team members.
- Processes setting for different domains where will be required to operate.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Business informatics)
- Minimum 12+years of working experience in Quality Management (preferably in E commerce or similar fast paced industry)
- in depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards (i.e., Lean Six Sigma, COPC, ISO 9001)
- Excellent maths abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
- In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning, and coaching)
- Experience organising training activities in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication skills
- Functional Dexterity. Must have the ability to be a team player and wear multiple hats when called upon.
- Intellectually curious, resourceful, proactive self-starter who takes initiative and has a strong work ethics.
- Flexible with occasional travel.
