**Your tasks and responsibilities**
- Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates of Siemens medical systems.
- Communicating and accept all operative advice from the Customer Care Center.
- Ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment.
- Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare
- Maintain highest customer satisfaction, within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services
**Your qualifications and experience**
- Engineering/Biomedical bachelor's or master's degree from reputable university or college
- Fresh graduates or maximum 10 years of experience in radiology field preferably CT/Cathlab/X-ray.
- Proven track record in similar CS function from international Healthcare Business
- Previous work experience at regional level is highly appreciated
- You have an advanced engineering analytical skill and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work within a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills rounded by a very good command in English
- High IT affinity
- Flexibility to travel within Egypt or wider region.
