Executive Assistant for a Multi-national

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management
- Manage and coordinate weekly orders from various warehouses.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Audit various internal groups including accounting.
- Handle International logistics and documentation requirements
- Follow up with customers on orders and information
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prefer a Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Social media and marketing know how is a plus.
Please note that the office will be at the WALK of CAIRO in Sheikh Zayad. Although there will be opportunity to work from home while the office is being prepared for the first 3 months.
Must have a flexible schedule as there will be times to work during the hours of the USA.
