**Your Role**:
As a Sales Manager with consulting experience, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading a talented team of sales professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who understands the consulting industry and is eager to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, fast-growing boutique focused on business process management, change management, succession planning, staffing, and digitalization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored for the consulting sector, ensuring alignment with Fortegard’s business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders across our specialized consulting areas.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions that resonate with potential clients.
- Monitor sales metrics, track team performance, and provide regular reports to executive management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and consulting teams to align sales initiatives and ensure client satisfaction.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions for the sales team to enhance their consulting knowledge and sales skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role specifically within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of success in sales within the consulting industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills tailored to a consulting context.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
