Key Responsibilities
- **Design and Execute Performance Marketing Campaigns**:
- Plan, launch, and manage high-impact campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
- Implement retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates and drive customer retention.
- **Optimize for Growth and ROI**:
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize ad copy, targeting, creative, and landing pages to maximize click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Utilize A/B testing, split testing, and multivariate testing to refine campaign elements and improve performance.
- **Data Analytics & Reporting**:
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and overall campaign ROI.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms to gain insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- **Growth Strategy & Channel Expansion**:
- Identify and test new digital channels and opportunities (e.g., influencer marketing, programmatic advertising, affiliate partnerships) to diversify the acquisition funnel.
- Work closely with the growth and product teams to refine user acquisition and retention strategies.
- **Collaborate Cross-Functionally**:
- Coordinate with the creative, product, and content teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Provide insights and feedback to support product improvements that drive growth.
- **Competitive and Market Analysis**:
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand market trends, identify successful strategies, and discover growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, advertising tools, and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 3-5+ years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, with a strong track record in driving measurable results.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.
- Expertise in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing software.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and SEM strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
