Performance Marketing Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Management**: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our eCommerce clients.
- **Strategy Development**: Create and execute data-driven marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals and objectives, focusing on maximizing ROI and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee and manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on investment. Adjust spending strategies based on performance data and changing market conditions.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on campaign performance, address any concerns, and align on strategic goals. Provide comprehensive reports and presentations on campaign results.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative and analytics teams to ensure campaign assets are optimized for performance and align with overall marketing strategies.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to continuously enhance strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing within the eCommerce sector.
- Experience in USA & Europe markets.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
