- Collaborate with hiring managers and People team to understand the talent requirements, workforce plans, and recruitment priorities for the call center.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing channels, job advertising, employer branding initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other talent acquisition partners to increase sourcing capabilities when necessary.

**Who you are**:

- You're a Recruiter (in-house or agency) with 3+ years of experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on high-volume hiring and call center recruitment.
- Familiarity with call center operations, including customer service, sales, and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including the effective use of job boards, social media, and other recruitment methods
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
