**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement the talent acquisition strategy.
- Perform analysis of organizational development and forecast future employment needs in coordination with top management and hiring managers.
- Create job profiles and descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes from first point of contact
- Create and optimize talent acquisition budget
- Develop policies and procedures for recruitment, talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
- Identify and select the best channels for sourcing talents.
- Create periodic reports on talent acquisition metrics. (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, quality and sources of attracted talents )
- Research trends in the industry and suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
- Set up interview structure for hiring managers to follow
- Coordinate the drafting of different types of employment contracts
- Stay up to-date on labor legislation
- Stay up to date with market salary ranges
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Align internally on the onboarding & offboarding processes
- Align with Employer Branding initiatives throughout the recruitment cycle and actively recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or other relevant role.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent English & Arabic language skills. (French is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques, evaluation and assessment methods.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & HR databases.
- Market knowledge of recruitment sources, salary ranges and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with recruitment channels, platforms and recruitment agencies
- Knowledge of labor legislation within the MENA region is a plus.
- Exposure of recruitment within MENA region and beyond is a plus.
