Job Description

  • Research prospective customers in the target market
  • Maintain relationships with current customers, incl. receiving and implementing client feedback
  • Understand the company's product offerings, competitors in the industry, and the business' position in the market
  • Contact leads to identify their business needs and offer them the company’s services
  • Research on target client business for maximum effectiveness of sales calls and emails
  • Market the company’s services through targeted email to qualified leads
  • Follow up on client projects’ progress and provide status updates to clients
  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction and focus on cross-selling to existing clients
  • Keep a daily log of outbound calls and emails to qualified leads
  • Collecting market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities in Europe and America
  • Develop innovative business strategies to maximize reach
  • Providing information by answering questions and requests
Job Requirements
  • A University degree or equivalent qualification related to business development is recommended.
  • Strong presentation skills is essential.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Ability to call potential clients with confidence.
  • Experience in the translation field is a plus +++
