Het cybercrimeteam van eenheid Midden-Nederland zoekt een agile coach die helpt bij de verdere professionalisering in agile werken (Spotify model).

De teams zijn multidisciplinaire teams, gevormd door rechercheurs en specialisten, die zich gezamenlijk richten op vooral de georganiseerde nationale- en internationale cybercrime. Het cybercrimeteam is een operationeel opsporingsteam dat zelfstandig volledige onderzoeken draait. De onderzoeken richten zich onder andere op Phishing, Ransomware, BEC-fraude of DDoS aanvallen. Dit wordt gedaan door middel van opsporingsonderzoeken, maar ook het aan de voorkant, veelal samen met partners, verstoren of stoppen van criminele processen.

Als Agile coach begeleid je het agile werken van het cybercrimeteam Midden-Nederland. Je faciliteert, begeleidt en adviseert meerdere (scrum)teams. Als agile coach train en coach je medewerkers, help je bij het verbeteren van werkprocessen en geef je gevraagd en ongevraagd feedback. Je daagt mensen uit om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Je draagt bij aan Agile events, zoals reviews, retrospectives, demo s en planningssessies en helpt het team in het cre ren van nieuwe gewoonten. Je weet het team te inspireren en enthousiasmeren over Agile werken.

Doelstelling

Verder werkt de agile coach resultaatgericht. De agile coach heeft als doel dat het agile werken is ingebed in de dagelijkse praktijk. Het doel is om samen met de multi-disciplinaire teams verder te bouwen aan teamontwikkeling. waarbij het binden, boeien en behouden van talenten een belangrijke drijfveer is. De Agile coach ondersteunt het team bij het ontwikkelen van competenties die nodig zijn om te excelleren.

De specifieke focus voor het komende jaar is

  • focus en professionaliseren van de rollen en de rolduidelijkheid van de rollen PO, CL en TL (Spotify model) met duidelijkheid, kaders, doelen en voorbeeldrol. Dit helpt de teams in het kunnen excelleren, verantwoordelijkheid (kunnen) nemen en zelforganiseren
  • het meenemen van nieuwe (en huidige) collegas in agile werken (Spotify model).
Verantwoordelijkheden

De Agile coach ondersteunt het proces, is er voor de teams en specifieke rollen in het Agile werken (Spotify model).

Om de doelstelling te behalen werkt de Agile Coach:

  • vanuit mensgericht en teamgericht leiderschap
  • ondersteunt het team bij het ontwikkelen van de competenties die nodig zijn om te excelleren.
  • is de smeerolie van het team: beweegt zich om de teams (squads) heen, met antennes uit, aldoor op zoek naar mogelijkheden om teams of teamleden te ondersteunen, een duwtje te geven, ergens op te attenderen etc. altijd in samenwerking/afstemming met de andere rollen: product owner (PO), chapterlead (CL) en tribe lead (TL).
  • begeleidt de retrospectives, stand-ups, demo en de refinements
  • organiseert strategisch overleg in de vorm van een quarterly meeting; Q-day
  • ondersteunt teams bij het samenwerken en toepassen van (nieuwe) gedragsregels
  • helpt de PO, CL en TL bij de rolduidelijkheid en invulling van de rol.
  • monitort bovenstaande ingredi nten die van cruciaal belang zijn voor excellerende teams
  • monitort het teamproces, helpt pro-actief bij de ontwikkeling en intervenieert bij verstoringen
  • stimuleert en motiveert de teamontwikkeling wat nodig is om te execelleren

  • De kandidaat heeft bij voorkeur aantoonbare werkervaring bij de overheid of semi-overheid.
  • De kandidaat heeft bij voorkeur aantoonbare werkervaring met het in vormgeven van een transitie op een creatieve manier.
