Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for department members

Assist in the preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes, and other meeting materials

Maintain and update departmental calendars, databases, and contact lists
:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed
:
-
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for department members as required
:
-
Prepare and process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices
:
-
Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including coordinating orientation sessions and training schedules
:
-
Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and inventory as needed
:
-
Assist in the coordination of special projects and initiatives, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation
:
-
Provide general administrative support to department members, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment. - Exceptional organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping.
- Customerfocused attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding service to visitors, callers, and colleagues.
Mokattam Located is preferred.
