People Experience Coordinator

  • Provide general administrative support to the People Experience department as required including filing, scanning, photocopying and emails.
  • Responsible for the full recruitment coordinating cycle and assisting in maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Manages and takes pride in the candidate and stakeholder journey.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to further drive and nurture a positive culture.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs), providing company/job information, and interviewing applicants.
  • Supports the People Experience department with all administration and/or coordination of People Experience functions, initiatives, and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of records, files, and information.
  • Generate People Experience data reports as required or as requested.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, reference checks, Workplace Policies, applicant self-identification forms, department orientation checklist, etc.)
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Support on ad hoc department projects when required.
