Department Overview:

The Project Coordinator maintains full responsibility for resource allocation in order to meet project objectives, corporate financial commitments, and customer satisfaction goals.


The PCR is responsible for direct communication to the customer's organization and relevant senior stakeholders internally by conducting meetings, project reviews throughout the life of the project.

In addition, the PCR maintains full responsibility of the project financials, revenue commitments and margin goals.
**Program Coordinator is responsible for initiation, execution and delivery of mission critical communications systems in the Middle East, Central Asia and Turkey regions.

Reporting to the System Integration Manager, the PCR will be responsible for all aspects of the assigned project ensuring full turnkey delivery of contractual scope, while maintaining schedule, budget and customer satisfaction, utilization of Project Management tools and techniques to include schedule, critical path analysis, budget, change order, risk assessment, action item log, etc.). Must be able to analyze complex issues and develop resolutions for issues related to any assigned project(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Leads mulitphased project or program based activities. Manages work activities of project team to include Order Management, Engineering, Finance and Customer Facing technical teams.
  • Has an understanding of technical solution being implemented and identify any gaps to be enhanced by Engineering teams
  • Demonstrates a firm understanding of all nine areas of PMBOK project management. Experienced in running project phases and able to oversee development of the complete project plan. Is able to establish, track, and audit project budgets, analyze variances and develop action plans as required.
  • Represents the organization on projects and may perform in project leadership role.
  • A project coordinator is accountable for accomplishing the stated project objectives within the stipulated time period and budget. Ensures that the three constraints (quality, cost and time) that face every project are properly managed.
  • Involved in the recruitment and management of project staff including project reporting, administration and communication.

Basic Requirements:

  • PMP Certification
  • 5 years of prior experience on full turnkey communication projects
  • Excellent skills in written and spoken English
  • Strong knowledge of finance (Revenue, P&L, Margins etc)
  • Full versed in MS Office
