We are looking for a
Team Lead to support our team in
Cairo, Egypt

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic advertising plans to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align strategies and goals with overall company objectives.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients and partners, build and maintain strong relationships, provide guidance and address concerns while ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Manage workflow, team's engagement and ensure team members are meeting their KPIs and delivering results
  • Ensure efficient collaboration between all team members including Account Managers, Account Specialists, and Tech Support Specialists.
  • Solve problematic issues that arise within the team or project.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation.

What You Need For This Role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and team members. Proficiency in English is a MUST
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
  • Proficiency in Amazon Advertising platform or Google Ads and analytical skills are a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and the company
