Un Addetto al lounge Executive offre servizi agli ospiti Executive durante tutto il soggiorno in hotel, rispondendo in modo efficiente alle loro domande e informandoli su accessori e vantaggi offerti dall'hotel.

In qualità di Addetto al lounge Executive, offrirà servizi agli ospiti durante tutto il soggiorno in hotel, rispondendo in modo efficiente alle loro domande e offrendo suggerimenti e informazioni come richiesto. Gli Addetti al lounge Executive contribuiscono a plasmare le prime impressioni dei nostri ospiti e, pertanto, devono svolgere le seguenti mansioni mantenendo sempre gli standard più elevati:

  • Accogliere gli ospiti Executive all'arrivo e fornire loro assistenza durante il soggiorno, gestendo in modo efficiente domande ed eventuali reclami
  • Effettuare con precisione i check-in e i check-out
  • Garantire che gli accessori per gli ospiti siano presenti e riforniti secondo gli standard
  • Mantenersi aggiornati su tutti i servizi dell'hotel, sui requisiti VIP e sugli eventi speciali
  • Mostrare conoscenza di località, attrazioni e punti d'interesse nelle vicinanze
  • Assumere un atteggiamento professionale, concentrandosi sull'accoglienza e sul servizio per gli ospiti
  • Rispettare le norme di sicurezza e antincendio dell'hotel, nonché tutte le normative in merito a salute e sicurezza
  • Eseguire le mansioni richieste dal Supervisore/Direttore del lounge Executive
  • Svolgere il proprio lavoro e servire il team rispettando l'ambiente

  • Esperienze precedenti di Front Office nel settore alberghiero, del tempo libero o della vendita al dettaglio
  • Calma, efficienza e buone capacità organizzative
  • Presentazione personale e capacità comunicative eccellenti
  • Passione per un servizio di alta qualità per gli ospiti

Per ricoprire questa posizione, le seguenti capacità e punti di forza costituiscono un vantaggio:

  • Precedenti esperienze in hotel in un lounge Executive
  • Competenze multilingue
