You act as the customer's front-line support by providing information and answering questions while building and maintaining a strong and trustful partnership with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and BU. The specialist is responsible for the profitability of orders, correct invoicing and data quality.

- Arrange and supervise the transport of cargo
- Ensure all systems are kept up to date promptly
- Monitor the operational performance of all involved parties and report any issues that may occur
- Review and ensure that any KPIs agreed with the customer are met
- Participate in training to develop yourself and your knowledge
- Immediately report problems when they occur
- Execute the business in line with rates given by ensuring profit maximization
- Manage GP planning
- Maintain an accurate level of data quality
- Pro-active engagement with other teams (hubs, chartering, engineering, BU, etc.) to ensure a smooth transition
- Maintain all FSL activities within KPI
- Foster a can-do spirit to build a solution-orientated team
- Good planning and organization skills; ability to multitask and be a self-starter
- Review daily operational reports and action all required activities
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism
- Safety first mindset and report all Unsafe Acts/Conditions and incidents"

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- 2+ Years’ experience in project Logistics, preferably gained in a 3PL or competitive services environment.
- English fluent oral and written communicator with strong presentation skills
- Proven problem solver
- Motivator of people with a focus on empowering individuals/teams to succeed
- Financial Acumen
- Collaborative and open personality to bring teams together to provide customer excellence
- Analytical and planning
- Team Player
