- Implement robust **inventory control measures** to minimize downtime risks due to resource shortages.
- Ensure **procurement transparency**, accurate reporting, and proper analysis of technical assets.
**Continuous Improvement Programs**:
- Lead **continuous improvement initiatives** to enhance technical performance, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Utilize **key performance metrics** to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Drive technical innovation through **best practices, process enhancements, and new technology adoption**.
**Technical R&D Support**:

**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering** (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related field. A **Master’s degree is preferred**.
- **15+ years of experience** in technical management, engineering leadership, or manufacturing operations.
- Proven expertise in **project management, maintenance, production engineering, and process optimization**.
- Strong knowledge of **quality standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP), sustainability practices, and industry regulations**.
- Experience in **ERP systems (SAP preferred)** and advanced technical reporting.
- Excellent **leadership, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making** skills.
**Experience**:
