**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Delivery Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
- Develop and implement delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to optimize project execution.
- Monitor project progress, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.

**Technical Leadership**:

- Provide technical direction and leadership for IT infrastructure projects, including data centers, cloud solutions, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key customers during project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with presales and sales teams to align delivery strategies with customer needs.

**Team Management & Development**:

- Lead and manage a team of technical delivery managers, engineers, and specialists across multiple regions.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top technical talent.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Partner with presales, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless project transitions from design to delivery.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to manage project budgets and resource requirements.
- Ensure alignment with business continuity and customer support teams for ongoing service delivery.

**Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track and report on delivery performance, project milestones, and resource utilization.
- Analyze delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and strategic initiatives.

**Personal Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer-facing and stakeholder management abilities.

**Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT infrastructure projects across multiple regions.
- Deep technical knowledge of IT infrastructure domains, including cloud solutions, data centers, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in managing large teams and working in a matrixed, multi-country environment.
