**JOB PURPOSE**

The Stock Management Services Associate at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for conducting transactional stock management activities to provide an effective and efficient end-to-end service to the group.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Execute transactions in accordance with specified procedures to accurately record and promptly control all transactions.
- Receive, process and fulfill requests, adhering to business requirements and within designated timeframes.
- Maintain a high level of control by promptly reporting major problems and areas of non-compliance to the hierarchy, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Uphold a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by meeting internal SLAs and promptly addressing requests.

Qualifications

**LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS**

**Language**Proficiency**
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in French is a plus.

**Technical** Skills**
- Proficiency in MS Office.

**EDUCATION**

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

**EXPERIENCE**

Zero to two years of experience in a similar role.
