**JOB PURPOSE**

The Senior Supply Planning Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for delivering thorough and professional supply planning services and overseeing the operations of the supply planning unit to ensure the provision of a cohesive and efficient end-to-end service for the group.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the procedural and regulatory customs compliance of the shipment to ensure alignment with established policies and procedures. Report any non-compliant cases as necessary.
- Guarantee the readiness of the shipment, oversee dispatch from the origin and customs clearance, and ensure delivery to the destination.
- Address and resolve logístical challenges, propose alternative solutions promptly, and engage in the analysis of case studies and business simulations
- Assess and compare rates among various logistics providers and inform the management of the findings.
- Ensure the expected level of customer service is delivered, maintained and that internal customers are satisfied by meeting internal service level agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing and following up on requests.
- Identify areas of improvement in the processes of freight forwarding customs clearance, delivery, and insurance within the business.

Qualifications

**LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS**

**Language**Proficiency**
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in French is a plus.

**Technical** Skills**
- Proficiency in MS Office.

**EDUCATION**

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is a major plus.

**EXPERIENCE**

Four to six years of experience is a similar role.
