**JOB PURPOSE**

The Payroll Services Associate at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for executing transactional and comprehensive professional payroll services to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective end-to-end service for the group.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive, handle, and carry out requests to ensure they are appropriately managed in a timely manner and aligned with established business criteria.
- Handle various payroll transactions, including activities such as employee transfers, profile creation, separations, additions, and deductions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by meeting internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing requests.
- Ensure the timely collection and accurate entry of employee data, ensuring the precise maintenance of records.

Qualifications

**LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS**

**Language Proficiency**
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in French is a plus.

**Technical Skills**

Proficiency in MS Office.

**EDUCATION**

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Accounting, or a related field.

**EXPERIENCE**

Zero to two years of experience is a similar role.
