We are looking for a talented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at the iconic Seti Abu Simbel Lake Resort, overlooking the majestic Lake Nasser and just steps away from the UNESCO temples of Ramses II.

As part of our renewed vision for excellence, you will support the F&B Manager and General Manager in elevating service standards, improving guest satisfaction, and ensuring operational consistency across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in the daily management of all F&B operations (restaurants, pool bar, room service, events)


• Ensure high service standards and proper implementation of SOPs


• Supervise and train staff, encouraging continuous development


• Support menu engineering, cost control, and stock management


• Monitor quality, hygiene, presentation, and guest feedback


• Coordinate with kitchen, purchasing, and other departments


• Help drive revenue through improved service, upselling, and product innovation

Requirements


• Previous experience in Food & Beverage roles (hotel or cruise experience is a plus)


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Ability to train and motivate teams


• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)


• Dynamic, hands-on, organized, and passionate about hospitality
