**Job Overview**:
As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions to enhance our product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze product performance, and support the development and execution of product strategies. This is an entry-level role ideal for a data-driven individual eager to grow in product management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze user behavior, product performance, and market trends using tools like SQL, Excel, and analytics platforms (e.g.,Mixpanel).
- Prepare and present reports on product KPIs to stakeholders.
- ** Product Insights**:

- Conduct research to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Gather user feedback to understand pain points and suggest actionable improvements.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product managers to support product development initiatives.
- Partner with the marketing and sales teams to understand the customer journey and optimize the product experience.
- ** A/B Testing**:

- Assist in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve product features.
- ** Documentation & Support**:

- Maintain clear documentation of product insights, metrics, and test results.
- Provide support for product launches by analyzing early-stage feedback and adoption metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for technology, data, and product development.
