We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Product Specialist**with experience in IT and software development to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
- **Product Strategy and Roadmap**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- **Requirements Gathering**:

- Work closely with clients, development teams, and business analysts to gather and document technical and functional requirements.
- Prioritize feature requests and enhancements based on business value and feasibility.
- **Project Management**:

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and launch.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA teams.
- Clearly communicate product updates, timelines, and changes to all stakeholders.
- **Performance Monitoring and Improvement**:

- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive post-launch activities, such as bug tracking and feature optimization.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager in IT/software development environments.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Basic knowledge of software architecture and programming concepts is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
