**Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Specialist to join our team on-site. In this role, you will provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first-level support for IT issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, and software.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor system performance and provide regular updates to senior IT staff.
- Support IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
- Perform basic server maintenance and backups.

**QualificationsEducation**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field (internship experience is acceptable).

**Skills**:

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications.

**Work Environment**
- On-site position requiring regular interaction with team members and users.
- Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be necessary during system updates or emergencies.
