**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports to provide insights on progress toward sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or in a similar sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance data.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
