**Responsibilities**:

- Gather, clean, and analyze financial data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Create comprehensive dashboards and reports that visualize key metrics and trends using data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop methodologies that meet business requirements.
- Utilize statistical techniques to conduct hypothesis testing and predictive analytics.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and data cleansing processes.
- Remain abreast of emerging trends in data analytics and financial technology to leverage best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in FinTech or a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with financial data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with data analysis programming languages like Python or R.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with financial products and market trends is a plus.
- Motivated and self-driven, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
