**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros, to organize, analyze, and interpret data sets.
- Generate detailed reports and visualizations that help teams understand business performance and trends.
- Assist in data cleaning and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
- Support larger analytics projects by preparing data, performing initial analyses, and contributing insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions that address key business questions.
- Continuously enhance your data skills, staying up-to-date with Excel functionalities and basic data analysis techniques.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, complex equations, and the ability to create and modify macros.
- Familiarity with data cleaning, organizing, and maintaining data sets for analysis.
- Ability to perform basic statistical analyses and generate straightforward reports and summaries.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data handling.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau for creating engaging and interactive dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases and supporting data extraction tasks.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes in a business environment.
- Experience in automating repetitive tasks and streamlining workflows using Excel macros.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to meet project goals.
