- Analyse and interpret complex business needs and translate them into functional specifications.

2- Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for improvement in current business processes and recommend optimisation strategies.
- Develop and implement new business processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.

3- Solution Development:

- Work with development and technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs.
- Provide support in the development of systems and processes, including design, testing, and deployment.

4- Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams.
- Ensure stakeholders are kept informed about project progress, changes, and outcomes.

5- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct detailed data analysis to inform decision-making and business strategies.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.

6- Project Management Support:

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business process modelling.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English is a must
