**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role.
- Proficient in gathering and documenting both business and technical requirements.
- Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in governmental projects is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
