**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners, to gather and document detailed

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and competitive landscape in KSA.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for the technical teams.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- **8 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with a proven track record of successfully delivering Digital solutions in the telecom industry.**:

- Extensive knowledge of the telecom market in Saudi Arabia, including key players, regulatory environment, and market

trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans and user stories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and

influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Spotify &
Safe)
- Project management certification (e.g., Scrum, Safe) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is a must and preferred in Arabic.
- Experience working with international teams or in multicultural environments covering different geographics
