Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining production plans to meet customer demand while balancing capacity constraints and inventory levels.
- Responsible for developing production plans based on customer demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
- Monitoring production schedules to ensure that production is running on schedule and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Analyzes production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and uses this information to adjust production plans as needed.
- Works closely with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and operations, to ensure that production plans are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Provide periodical reports for related parties sharing delivery dates, delivery plans, capacity plans, etc.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in the planning field.
- Microsoft knowledge is a must.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very Good English skills
