As a Commercial Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in

developing and implementing strategic plans to drive commercial success on our

platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product

assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with

business objectives and customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assortment Planning: Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and

maintain a well-balanced and attractive product assortment that meets customer

demand and market trends.

2. Pricing Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior

to develop and implement effective pricing strategies that maximize revenue and

profitability.

3. Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including

discounts, bundles, and exclusive offers, to drive sales and enhance customer

loyalty.

4. Demand Forecasting: Utilize data and analytics to forecast demand for key

products and categories, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.

5. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and

competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product

teams to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.

7. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of commercial

initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role focused on commercial planning

within the eCommerce or retail industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret

data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- E-commerce Knowledge: In-depth understanding of eCommerce trends, customer

behavior, and the competitive landscape.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,

ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the

ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing

market conditions and business priorities.
