You will be working as Planning & Fulfillment Specialist and will be part of Electrification business area for Services division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Service Team Leader and will be responsible to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills and tools. Support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time. Responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Segmenting and optimizing the portfolio of materials through ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management and commercial policy, defining inventory policies based on the specified segmentation
- Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs, collaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, minimum order quantity (MOQ), quality, lead time and flexibility
- Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services, supporting cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting
- Making financial risk assessment decisions related to inventory and conducts root cause analysis when necessary, analyzing excess and obsolete/aging inventory
- Taking appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, marketing, manufacturing and procurement and logistics functions, compiling and sharing weekly/monthly reports with business leaders on planning and fulfillment and inventory
- Weekly monitoring for the OTD and update operation team for any deviation in delivery dates, daily coordinating with purchasing team regarding material availability, leading the weekly operation meeting with the project management team and operation team
- Following all ABB Ethics and OHS instructions, forming and working in synergy in teams with subordinates’ peers and Superior, demonstrating ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple tasks-Efficient time management
- Good leadership capabilities with a team-oriented attitude, experienced use of different Microsoft programs
- SAP experience is preferable, people management skills, strong analytical & conceptual skills
- Fluency in both English & Arabic language is mandatory and French is a plus
