**Role purpose**:

The Cloud Infrastructure Services offering, provides simple low-cost services for SMEs to enable them to adopt Cloud Infrastructure within their business.
Vodafone Business has partnered with several Industry leading Digital Technology companies to build a compelling portfolio of products and propositions. This is one of the fastest growing portfolios within Vodafone Business and our ambition over the next 5 years is to multiply this growth many-fold. Cloud Infrastructure Services is a key part of this strategy as we look to build our own delivery capability.
To realise our ambition, we are looking for a Product Specialist who will drive and be responsible for delivering elements of the Cloud Infrastructure Services portfolio and will work directly with the wider portfolio team, Go To Market, Technology, Partner Management and Build/Run functions in both Group and local markets. The Product specialist will support the launching of new services and supporting the GTM team in building pipeline, and finally ensuring that customers get the maximum benefits from the services provided.

**Additionally the product specialist will**:

- Engage with Vodafone’s technology vendors, the Analyst community (e.g. Forrester; Gartner) and, of course, our customers.
- Stay aware of market trends and news, including what our competitors are up to, and local market specific requirements
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to deliver elements of the Portfolio plan.
- Drive the development of our differentiated Cloud Infrastructure Services propositions.
Building upon the existing momentum within the portfolio, this role will drive forward the adoption and delivery of new Cloud Infrastructure services into our Markets, focusing on building Vodafone capability that will underpin our Cloud credentials and Certifications.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Drive continuous improvement in the performance of the product/s across customer experience, profit, and revenue, with particular focus on continuous improvement of market competitiveness, reflecting feedback from customers, local Product leads, sales, and pre-sales consultants.
- Work with the Technical Product Owner and account teams to deliver the end-to-end product targets for market share growth, product revenues, margin, and customer service performance, in line with our POM model
- Support key new product features, ensuring these are aligned to the customer experience and outcomes and demand is clearly defined for Technology to deliver. Work with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and wider portfolio team to execute go-to-market plan as Technology deliver new capabilities.
- Monitor and report on progress of the roadmap delivery, working with relevant stakeholders to identify commercial risks in NPD/in-life changes delivery and drive mitigation plans.
- Work with Technology, Sales leads, local Portfolio teams and Finance to ensure business case remains up to date and interlocked with go-to-market activity. Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

- Knowledge and understanding of Cloud Computing technology and commercial drivers
- Experience supporting product roadmaps, business case development and/or Go to Market
- Service Improvement experience.
- Proven experience supporting external engagements with customers or partners
- (Stakeholder management) Ability to build relationship and collaborations within a complex matrix structure
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Presentation skills: strategy, and decision-making thought process to internal and external audiences including Analysts.

**Key performance indicators**:

- Revenue and margin performance against business case
- Pipeline and TCV closed won
- Delivery against roadmap interlocked with local markets
- Availability of services across markets

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Certification such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals preferred
- Preferred SAFE certified
