**Vacancy**:
MultiCare's for its **Respiratory Portfolio** is seeking to hire Product specialists work with a team to ensure excellent product delivery. They should have a wealth of knowledge about a product or range, and also analyze market trends, develop sales, price and profitability strategies, recommend improvements, identify opportunities, and increase revenue. They should have strong customer service and analytical skills

**Purpose**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven product specialist to join our fantastic sales team. Responsibilities include performing product demonstrations to staff and customers, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to the marketing team
**A.Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1.Buisness Knowledge**:
- Promote MultiCare's Reparatory Portfolio to HCPs to ensure extended benefit to the designated patient community
- Follow Products availability at the main business's and distribution channels to ensure effective products accessibility
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies including MultiCare products, strategies, skills and organization
- Understand regional and territory’s business objectives and strategies through participating in Marketing and Sales Meetings
- Attend business meetings and team building activities, share professional promotion experiences, market intelligence with the team and support manager to achieve overall team objectives
- Establish and develop professional relationship with customers
- Build a constructive and effective external network
- Detail products in priorities of customers specialty and type of patient profiles
- Answering all product-related questions in a scientific manner and addressing queries promptly
- Collaborating and strategizing with the business and engineering teams.
- Attending workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing.
- Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.
- Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders
- Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue
**2. Strategy Implementation**:
- Execute the visiting plan to determined targeting, coverage and frequency targets
- Build relationships with target customers to gain product endorsement to generate sales
- Manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time in accordance with the deadlines and objectives as stated in the Sales Action Plan
- Provide the customers with the needed information and services
- Evaluate and interpret sales results of own products and territory
- Evaluate all activities based on ROI
**3. Territory Management**:
- Timely and correctly record related information into CRM system per company standards (like call frequency and coverage, meetings, and medical information provision quality, etc). Support manager to ensure the efficiency of systems and processes that enable field-force performance to be reviewed and assessed in both qualitative and quantitative means
- Organize and attend a fixed number of “events” focusing on the company’s strategic intent
- Act in line with territory ownership spirit and mind set
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Give complete, comprehensible and accurate feedback containing all significant events in the territory
**B.Qualification/Knowledge/Experience**:
- Level of education : Life Science Degree (Pharmacy, Veterinary or Science)
