Projects Key Account Manager

This job is key to achieve Jotun Egypt ambitions in flooring paints within the promising and booming construction market in the country. The job reports directly to Projects Sales Manager. Job description -Achieve Sales Target by securing new projects and follow up running ones. -Build long term relationship with Key account customers in the flooring segment. -Build Jotun’s Loyal applicator network and strength their bond to the company. -Ensure that Jotun’s flooring product range is within master specs of main specifier in Egypt. -Follow up secured projects, manage the supply of material and ensure that system is applied according to Jotun technical recommendation to reach a Fully Active Reference (FAR). -Analyze business potential and reveal new opportunities to increase Jotun’s Market share in the flooring sector. -Develop business plans and market studies vs competitions to differentiate in the market with our best-selling points and professional approach.
Qualifications -4-6 years of relevant experience within flooring and/or construction related B2B sales. Personal qualities -Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results. -Identifies and seizes commercial opportunities; has a strong positive impact on business growth and profitability. -Builds a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives. -Uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead, defines clear priorities and allocates resources effectively. -Demonstrates specialist knowledge and expertise in own area; participates in continuous professional development. -Produces fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions; breaks away from tradition; promotes change and novelty.
