You will, as our new Key Account Manager, provide commercial leadership in Egypt by bringing your strong sales skill into play.

Success in this position is defined by a strong customer focus and drive for results with the ability to leverage internal resources.

**Summary of Duties**:
**_Key Account manager will be directly responsible for sales to significant Key Accounts in Egypt._**
- Identifying, fostering and maintaining strong relationships with assigned account contacts in Egypt.
- Forecasting sales, regular inventory monitoring and involvement in planning to effectively manage the broad product portfolio of FMC.
- Maanaging contractual relationship, negotiates sales targets, plan, implement and review campaign plan with Key Accounts.
- Preparing annual sales plans, budgets and sales programs that aligns with company direction and volume targets.
- Coordinating all technical support activities for several national distributors in Egypt.
- Providing technical support as required including on field visits.
- Collecting relevant customer and competitive information and communicates it to internal stakeholders as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum B.Sc. in agriculture plus 5 years' experience selling crop protection products to distributors and/ key accounts.
- Solid agricultural knowledge (crop protection) and understanding of local crop protection market dynamics.
- Knowledge of key market players and stakeholders, influencers, distribution channels, and Egypt market structure.
- Proven track record of building excellent relationships with customers and sales growth.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Effective decision-making, with an emphasis on a data-driven approach.
- Ability to negotiate at high levels and excellent presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to effectively plan, listen and communicate.
- Focused and results driven.
- Good team player.

You will report to Tamer Mostafa, Business Manager Egypt and Middle East.
